Erkan Yönder

Erkan Yönder is a Ph.D. candidate and works as a researcher in Finance and Real Estate at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. His main research interests consist of securitized real estate (REITs), corporate finance and behavioral finance, on which he has written several papers. Erkan attends academic conferences, including the American Real Estate and Urban Association and MIT, as a presenter of research papers and as a discussant. He also teaches banking and corporate finance courses at BSc and MSc level.
 
Erkan was in the top 1 percent during the University Entrance Exam in Turkey. He previously completed B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics (with Honours) at Middle East Technical University, Turkey.
