Innovest and GMI partner to enhance client service

On March 19th, 2007, Innovest and GovernanceMetrics International (GMI), both partners of ECCE, announced a  cooperative partnership that allows clients to access the research expertise of both firms. With the new arrangement, clients effectively obtain an additional perspective on a company’s rating and extra-financial performance.

GMI is a leading global corporate governance research and ratings firm. About 1,500 company reports from GMI will carry an Innovest environmental risk rating.

Innovest has been a fruntronner in rating corporate environmental performance for the investment community. Innovest’s company profiles will include GMI’s assessment of a company’s corporate governance standing in tandem with Innovest’s governance rating. The new partnership is no extra charge to clients.
